Downloads

Hi   I have an Rio500 Diamond, whilst downloading files my batteries ran out and since then i have not been able to use it, switch it on, etc. I HAVE put in new batteries.  I have posted a message to Rioport technical guys but have yet to get an answer from them.  I have heard there is a file i need to download to rectify the problem.  Can anyone help out?    I am using RioPort Manager 2.1.24   Thanks Cathy
