How do I retrieve / download from the PMP300 ?

The Diamond Rio PMP300 software allows you to upload MP3's to the unit but has anyone figured out a way to download those songs back (so you can save them to another computer)?   I've seen a Linux program that will do this (grio) but I'm running Windows 98.   Thanks, Don
