Randal, Democraticos is a place to dance Forró all night. It's a bit hard to carry any sort of conversation in there (and not really the point :)
My vote is for a less noisy pub in Lapa where we can sit and drink, like one of those close to the Arcos da Lapa (Aqueduct), or even Bar do Ernesto / Pizzaria Guanabara. What do you guys think?
