You could user the ?id__in= query-parameter in you query, like:

https://atlas.ripe.net/api/v1/probe/?id__in=1,11,66 
<https://atlas.ripe.net/api/v1/probe/?id__in=1,11,66>

You are right BTW that ?id= is a documented feature, that is now working as 
advertised (although also completely useless).
