[atlas] Link aggregation for anchors?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is possible to connect our anchor in a fault
tolerant fashion using 802.3ad link aggregation?

This would allow us to perform serialised maintenance on the upstream
switches without ever offlining the anchor.
