Stephane, IIRC Atlas takes into account also rate how quickly you spend your credits and on base of that it tries to predict if you will hit your daily limit and tries to stop measurements which are above such trajectory. I think I had such case myself in the past. Not sure if it's still valid assumption.
You can also write to [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> (RIPE NCC Support for Atlas). You will get ticket and for sure somebody will contact you to explain the situation.
