Dear colleagues, The RIPE NCC Survey was conducted in May and June 2019. 4,161 RIPE NCC members and other interested parties took the time to participate and let us know their views on how the RIPE NCC is performing and the direction it should be taking in the years ahead. We are extremely grateful to all those who took the time to give their input.
Survey Matters analysed the data and published a detailed report with the findings from the survey in October 2019. We examined these and we now propose a number of our own key findings and action areas to address the issues raised in the survey. A list of all 36 key findings is available here: https://www.ripe.net/participate/member-support/surveys/ripe-ncc-survey-2019/key-findings-and-proposed-actions The list provides areas for investigation and we will add the results of those investigations and proposed actions as we develop them. We will also periodically review the list and make adjustments if necessary. In 2020, we will update the webpage with the outcomes of the actions taken by the RIPE NCC in each area.
