i did not intend to complain. as it was minuted, my intent was to signal that at least one person in the peanut gallery actually read the minutes and also noticed this. i did not intend to stir dren on the list (we seem to have folk good at such), and naïvely trust those who can affect this when next we 'meet' will take my whining into consideration when constructing the agenda. randy
