Dear colleagues,
RightsCon is a huge conference focusing on human rights in the digital age. 
Starting off as a 400-head event ten years ago, this week’s event boasts an 
impressive 8,500 attendees. Topics range from Internet shutdowns, through 
content governance, data protection and human-rights-centred design to digital 
economy development.

More input from the technical community on the discussions taking place here is 
always beneficial. To that end, in this new post on RIPE Labs, we’re keeping
