i wrote to the abuse contact (in american <blush>), and got back an email from RT. i asked my son-in-law to translate and he laughed, it's farsi, not arabic <reblush>. google translate says it is a pretty useless "if you have an account maybe we can help," and of course i do not have an account. any help appreciated. thanks. randy
