Dear community, On Friday, 22 July 23:01:46 CEST 2022 an extremely offensive and inflammatory message was sent to the mailing list.
By 23:57 CEST, I made a call to moderate the list over the weekend till Monday 25th of July. At the time there were already two responses to the offensive email calling out the original sender's behaviour. At the time of drafting this email there were no other responses in the moderation queue. In the meantime, I have been in communication with the RIPE Chair team on the matter and have asked the IT team to look into the possibility of removing the offensive text from the archives and any reference to it in the replies. Obviously the email has made its way to your inboxes so I ask you to make sure to remove any reference to offensive text in your replies.
