community about.NRO letter is asking the government taking over RIR in exchange
for immunity for RIR leadership , not asking government being part of
community, but essentially ignore all the other stake holders, have government
taking oversight rule -and abandon the 30 years community self governance. I am
all for government stay as part of the community in multi stake holder
