Hi Mirjam and all!

Where was this draft charter discussed, and to where/whom do I turn to
discuss it to attempt to have it rephrased? IMHO there is a better way
to approach this than with what's stated in the draft version.

To not clutter the list, I won't start to discuss it here unless I'm
told that this is the right place.
