Dear colleagues,

EU sanctions on Russian controlled content require ISPs in member states to 
“introduce further restrictive measures to suspend the broadcasting activities 
of such media outlets in the Union, or directed at the Union”.

In this new guest post on RIPE Labs, researchers from SIDN Labs - in 
collaboration with the University of Illinois Chicago, the Open Observatory of 
Network Interference (OONI), the University of Twente, and the University of 
Amsterdam - share the results of a longitudinal traffic analysis aimed at 
better understanding how ISPs in different EU member states are actually 
implementing these sanctions:
