it might help the community to have a somewhat concise comparison of
this with its parent, icp-2. i.e. icann's power is stronger and much
more explicit[0]. an rir may be derecognized. no technical expertise,
rdns, ...
aside: given economic, geographic, and other barriers, i might have
expected provisions for electronic participation.

occurs) is amusing. proportional to the square of the number of
icann lawyers with fingers in the pie? :)
