Dear RIPE community,
We at the Max Planck Institute for Informatik (Germany) and LIX, Ecole
Polytechnique (France) have been performing measurements to understand
how TCP options/features are processed by routers along the path (see
our previous work [1]).
We want to confront network operators' views with our observations.
To this end, we propose this short survey [2] to operators and would
really appreciate if you could complete it.
Please note that you are free to answer only the questions you feel
comfortable with. Your input will be used anonymously and will not be
connected to your AS. We look forward to your input.
