The iPod supports Apple Lossless, which I'd think might be preferred to mp3, depending on whether you or not you need the higher capacity of mp3 and whether or not you can tell the difference when listening through inexpensive ear buds. Is there a converter to Apple Lossless? I don't recall if SlimServer supports this, as I never bothered looking before. I dunno if I'm willing to deal with iTunes and all of the Apple proprietary crap, though, just for the privilege of using their player. -- JJZolx Jim _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
