All my CDs ripped via EAC secure mode into FLAC with the replay gain option set have both track and album gain applied.
Just don't get too hyped up over using RG as the be all and end all to all ripped tracks having the same volume level, as it still suffers from the odd case of giving incorrect gain on some albums.
