I tried ripping the first and last tracks off a few CDs using Feurio and EAC, then I compared the .wav outputs. EAC only rips at about 6-8X average, and Feurio rips at about 20X average using the same CD, the same CDROM drive, in the same computer.
When I compare the results, the is always a single difference usually in the last 5 sec or so of the file, and it says the length is different at some specific time point. Does anyone have a clue what this means? I'd sure rather rip at 20X that 6-8X.... I'm getting ready to do about 600 CDs!
