Hi - Just got a Squeezebox for Christmas and am in the process of ripping my entire CD collection to FLAC using EAC.
Overall I love the player, but I am experiencing the exact same problem with numerous song titles. In pretty much every case I've found that messing with the file names works, but I cannot find any particular trigger. Sometimes I have to remove a hyphen, sometimes it's just the character on the end of the file name. (I got some Hendrix songs to play just by removing the "x" in the filename. For example, SONGTITLE - Jimi Hendrix.flac would not play, but SONGTITLE - Jimi Hendri.flac will.) It all seems very random and this is a huge pain to have to view every song and try random changes until it works. I am running SS 6.2.1 under Windows 2k (using, of course, NTFS). If anyone has any more advice, I'm willing to try anything.
