Components menu, choose Database Search (might be an optional
component?). Under "Format" enter one of the following (depending on
whether you're interested in track or album gain, respectively):
Code:
--------------------
    %__replaygain_track_gain%
  %__replaygain_album_gain%
--------------------
Choose "match exact" from the drop-down after "Pattern", then enter a
single question-mark for the pattern itself.

That'll find all tracks for which fb2k can't see the RG info. I agree
that it can be hard to work out how to get some things going in fb2k,
but once you do it's a very powerful player.
