Very strange, mp3tag sounds like a "me too" company trying to capitalize on Mp3tag's success. I also notice they charge for their version.
Reminds me of those sneaks that post "The Internet's Best Searches!" on misspelled domain names. It's Mp3tag (2.35) that's most recommended here. It's also free (or more appropriately, donation-ware.)
