I want to do this in a windows environment. I know nothing about perl. I assume at the very least I need to download perl. Would I use ActivePerl for Windows? I could do it in OSX too if necessary. If I have never touched perl, am I over my head on this one? Also, what tag editor would enable me to view the the replay gain tag if it is present?
