OK, the screenshot was too big a file, and I don't know how to reduce the file size. So, here is what my External Compression tab has...
"Use external program for compression" is checked "Parameter passing scheme:" "User Defined Encoder" "Use file extension:" ".flac" "Program, including path, used for compression" "D:\Program Files\FLAC\FLAC frontend.exe" *** NOTE: Initially I had a path that went to the shortcut on my desktop. That never brought up the FLAC Frontend when I opened EAC. Now I put a path that goes directly to the FLAC Program folder, and the FLAC Frontend opens as soon as I start EAC *** "Additional command line options:" "-8 -V -T "artist=%a" -T "title=%t" -T "album=%g" -T "date=%y" -T "tracknumber=%n" -T "genre=%m" %s" ***NOTE: I saw some variations of what this line should be. I got this string from the Quickstart Manual posted on the pandora site (linked on the recently posted wiki). I used the "VBR (perfect quality - not fast at all)" option. "Bitrate:" "192kBit/s" Then I have "Delete WAV after compression" checked. "Use CRC check"; "Add ID3 tag" and "Check for external programs return code" are UNchecked Last, I have "High quality" selected. Sorry I had to do it this way. I GREATLY appreciate any help. -- skvinson ------------------------------------------------------------------------ skvinson's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2147 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=20908 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list ripping@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
