192k is hard for me to hear the difference and it really depends on the source material there. There were a few tracks that I could hear a muddiness to the sound on, so I switched to 'extreme' mode on lame which ends up being a variable bitrate of around 240kbps, and I really can't hear the difference then even on subtle music.
Not too much bigger than 192k, and much better quality. 160k and 128k ... ick.
