BTW - tracks 2-8 all came up "copy OK", ommitted for brevity.
As far as I can see, I have exactly the same settings as you, except
that I have "Native Win32 interface for Win NT & 2000" instead of your
"Installed external ASPI interface". 

If you can shed any light on what I should do to change this, that
would be great... thanks again!
