Metaflac, under Linux, anyway, is a two-pass operation and does calculate an album gain, too. I haven't tried it under Windows, since the shell in Windows didn't allow me to glob files (i.e., 'metaflac --add-replay-gain *.flac'). So now I'm happily using foobar2000.
