There is. Once in EAC, check the drop-down in the upper-right hand corner and make sure the drive selected is the one you want to test. (If you only have one in your system there should be only one choice.) Click "EAC -> Drive Options (F10)". Under the "Extraction Method" tab, click the "Detect Read Features..." button.
