Convert one file to FLAC and them play it on your SB, if the DTS data is streamed to your recienver correctly then it is lossless. If it wasn't, the stream would be corrupt and wouldnæt play at all on your reciever. If FLAC wasn't truly lossless then it is concievable that you would be unable to hear the difference when playing regular audio. But as DTS is compressed (lossy compression i hasten to add), it needs to be bit perfect for that decompression to be successful as well. -- funkstar ------------------------------------------------------------------------ funkstar's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2335 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=27406 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
