I use Mp3tag as my tag editor. I point it to the topmost folder of my music archive. It will then generate a list of all tag info for all music in that tree. I then use the export function to bring the whole shebang into excel. Using the sort and removal of non-unique entries utilities in excel gives me something fairly close to what you want.
