Hi Everyone! I'm a new SB3 owner. I'm also new to using EAC. I set up my EAC with Accuraterip and FLAC set up as described in the WIKI. I'm using a Toshiba Qosmio with a Matshita UJ-830S drive. I've ripped about 30 or so CD's. My drive is running between .8X and 1.7X this seems very slow. It usually takes about 1.5 hours to rip a 16 track CD. I did the off-set calculation, have the drive set to spin up, cool down after 30mins, some times the drive just "hangs" and the program ends up "Not Responding"... do I have something set up wrong? The CD's I've listend to sound great... I'm using a Yamaha RX-V1500 amp with BB DAC's. Paradigm Monitor 7's (L/R) Monitor 3's rear. Matching Monitor Center. Kimber Cable. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone... Paul
