Hi Gutted, you definitely have a HW problem here.
If the rip (wav) is faulty, you can here artifacts, but it would not stop playing. The error msg winamp gives you basically means that it cannot interpret the structure of the flac file correctly. Either it has been generated wrong (memory, CPU) or was written wrong to disk.
