I don't listen to songs by album, I always listen in Random Mix mode. So it doesn't matter to me if the volume difference between track 4 and track 5 from an album isn't maintained. If it didn't take too much to do, I'd implement it anyway. But since it involves a significant extra step (processing the entire album at once using metaflac or a script), I don't bother doing this.
