I would think it's a BAD idea to transfer EAC settings to a NEW computer. You'd presumably have a different CD/DVD drive, with different offsets, drive features, etc. Despite the hassle, I would prefer to start fresh with the setup routine. It's easy enough to duplicate your other preferences (tagging preferences, etc.)
