After I pop in a disk and MAX! autostarts, I just type in the year & genre, click "select all", then the "encode" icon and let er, well, rip :).
One question for those using MAX!: what compression level (0-8 and custom were the choices) did you choose for FLAC? Given that its lossless compression, I was surprised to see compression levels.
