Funnily enough, I had already added an extended note prior to my reading
your comments.

Thanks to your report, I've since added a fix to handle long filenames
in the command paths (e.g. c:\program files\flac\flac.exe) and also a
fix so that the single backslash can be used as the path separator.

flac2mp3.pl *can be edited in plain text format, but not with Notepad.

If you have no other editor available, you can use Wordpad.

I use textpad (http://www.textpad.com) when working Windows (and vim on
linux).

I have modified those installation instructions to include your
comments. There's still room for improvement but, hey, this is free
software! :)

Actually, the original instructions were contributed by another
satisfied user; feel free send me updated documentation for inclusion on
the web site and/or in future releases.

I don't think you understand what "in the path" means.

That is fixed in v0.2.8 and later.
