Usually what you'll find when you Google DVD-Audio are programs that rip the audio from a VIDEO DVD, not MLP DVD-A dicsc. There is a thread in this forum that explains how to get the DTS or AC3 stream from a DVD-A disc, if one does exist. I've got several DVD-A discs that don't have any other way to play it except for MLP. Since I work in the post-production business for TV, I could re-record the analog output of a DVD-A into one of our audio edit systems and re-encode as AC3 or DTS, but it's a lot easier to just put those few discs into my DVD-A player... oh well. BTW, the DTS/AC3 concept does work VERY WELL!! -- Eric Seaberg Eric Seaberg - San Diego [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Eric Seaberg's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7896 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=25286 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
