With a full copy of Acrobat (i.e. not just the free reader program) you can certainly do that. Make the cover page as you want in something like Word or Powerpoint, etc and then print it to pdf. Then you open your music catalog pdf file and insert the cover page at the front and resave. Takes only a minute to do.
Only problem is that a full copy of Acrobat goes for about US$250.
