When ripping audiobooks, I often end up with a pile of mp3s that
        look like this:

Book Title\
        Book Title 1\
                  Book Title 1 - 01 - Track 01.mp3
                  Book Title 1 - 02 - Track 02.mp3
                  etc.
        Book Title 2\
                  Book Title 2 - 01 - Track 01.mp3
                  Book Title 2 - 02 - Track 02.mp3
                  etc.
        Book Title 3\
                  Book Title 3 - 01 - Track 01.mp3
                  Book Title 3 - 02 - Track 02.mp3

I'd love to rename and renumber them so that Track 01 on the
second "album" starts its numbering at the end of where the
first book left off. In other words, rather than, say, 6
different "album" titles with ~20 tracks each, I'd prefer one
        album with 120 tracks.

Anyone have a good tagging tool for this purpose? Linux
        solutions preferred, but not required.

        Thanks.
