For anyone else who is considering this operation, I would recommend a
Windows batch file (sorry Robin, I guess that's not your kind of
thing!) called FLAC-113.BAT available here:

There is also a text file to help there.

The way that works is to look up what version of FLAC it has (including
the ability to look up very old versions of flac that do not report
their version), and reflac if necessary.  Also, it reflacs to a
different file name, does a check and only replaces the original file
if the check passes.

Expect up to a 5% reduction, I think.  Since I have 211GB of stuff that
I want to back up onto a 200GB hard drive, I suspect I may still have
some pruning to do, but it might be close!
