Dynamic Naming IS what you are looking for, and I'm fairly sure it is a Reference feature. It is a wonderful feature, as your rules regarding naming can get quite advanced. For example, you can set different rules for Various Artist albums which you probably wouldn't want to divide into Artist folders, etc...
I like the product alot and use it exclusively. I don't use most of the other Reference features, but I still feel it was worth the money. My one gripe, which won't bother many others is it is ID3 v2.3 only... not v2.4. They have suggested it will be added in the next MAJOR version, however.
