You can load up your whole collection in mp3tag and sort by Artist Name, Title, etc. That's probably the easiest way to find those "01" entries that shouldn't be there. If you correct the tags using mp3 tag, then it doesn't really matter where the file is located.
But if you really HAVE to know the file's location, mp3tag can display it. Right-click on the top of the columns list and choose 'Customize Columns'.
