egd - thanks. That's basically what I have been doing (only using Tag&Rename), but with a very large library, that get's a little tedius. I've also been taking the opportunity to add "compilation=1" to these files and cleaning up a few inconsistencies, so I guess it is worth it.
jeffmeh - thanks. I used to use something similar to that which could also create a new file structure based on tags, but the caveat is that you need to get them all in a single directory first, or you end up re-structuring folders that you want to leave alone.
