Hey. I have been having problems with rescans. I have repeatedly uninstalled and reinstalled SS, but that only works temporarily.
It has been recommended that I manually delete my SS cache and that makes sense(see "artists problem" post). However, while I have found the SS cache, I cannot figure out how to manually delete. When I get to cache, there are 5 files. None can be opened; I get a window that says I need to choose a program or look for one on the net. Do I need to open to delete? If so, what program should I use? Which file(s) should I delete? Etc? How do I do this? Please help.
