This is pure snake oil. If its Red Book, it can be ripped exactly. 
(Unless it has some hideous DRM copy protection system, in which case, 
no one should ever buy it.)

While they may do a good job mastering it, when you make a CD, to get 
the logo, you have to make it be Red Book.
