No, don't do that. If EAC says there are errors then there's something 
wrong with your rip.

Track Quality < 100% doesn't make any difference, so there must be 
something else going on.

Try doing a Test & Copy extraction (Shift-F6).

Also, I'd check your drive settings. The recommended settings for an 
accurate rip are:

Checked    Drive has 'Accurate Stream' feature
Checked    Drive caches audio data
Unchecked  Drive is capable of retrieving C2 error information
