I am ripping my CD's in Lossless WMA v9.2 on my desktop at work, and then importing these files into iTunes at home. This does a nice job converting the files to Apple Lossless.
I recently noticed that this encoder rips at 16bits there are other encoders now available that are 32 and even 64 bits. I guess I dont understand what the difference is...can someone explain? Will the quality of my music be worse because I am using the 16 bit? Or is lossless always lossless. thanks -- lreinstein ------------------------------------------------------------------------ lreinstein's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14644 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=43377 _______________________________________________ ripping mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/ripping
