[SlimDevices: Ripping] Batch Convert cover.jpg Files ?

I have sucessfully converted my 600+ CD FLAC collection to MP3 format
for use with a portable player.

I have the music organized in a folder structure, ie
-"Artist\Album\Track #. filename". In my FLAC file folders, I have one
album cover per album, saved in each album folder as cover.jpg.

After duplicating my music, including the directory structure, I would
like to also include the respective cover art in each MP3 album
folder.

Is there a batch way, either with a program or a DOS command, that
would pull each cover.jpg file out of each of the 600+ FLAC folders and
copy them to the respective MP3 folders?

Again, the directory structure is the same for both the FLAC and the
MP3 collection - I would like to be able to pick up each cover.jpg file
in the FLAC folders and depost a copy in the respective MP3 folders. I
could do it manually, but aI'm not looking forward to it.
