I just installed (using wine on Linux) and it was all setup for me, I'm
getting the following options:
Parameter Passing Scheme: User Defined Encoder
Use file extension: .flac
Program: C:\Program Files\Exact Audio Copy\FLAC\FLAC.EXE
Additional command-line options: -6 -V -T "ARTIST=%a" -T "TITLE=%t" -T
"ALBUM=%g" -T "DATE=%y" -T "TRACKNUMBER=%n" -T "GENRE=%m" -T
"COMMENT=%e" %s -o %d

When using the default setting and picking flac compression by the
setup wizard....
