Mp3tag is a little incosistent in how it treats multiple fields of the same name. In the Tag Panel it uses the \\ separator, both for display and entry of multiple fields of the same name. In the Extended Tag dialogue it will show each of the fields separately. In the columns, though, it only displays (the first?) one.
